Auckland Inter-Club Sprint Relay

Venue: Kristin School, Albany 
Hosted by: Auckland Orienteering Club

Registration open from 09:30, briefing at 10:30, first start at 11:00.

Entry fee is covered by North West.

If you are keen to be in a team, please complete this google form  https://goo.gl/ec6p5A  as soon as possible
and by Wednesday 1 November at the very latest, to enable the teams to be organised and entered with AOC.

There are four age grades:
Young’uns (MW10 – MW12) White and Yellow course runners
Junior (MW14 – MW18)
Open (MW20 – MW40)
Master (MW50 +) 

Individuals may choose to run up in a harder grade (eg. M12 running in Junior relay or M50 running in Open relay is allowed).
Points will be determined by placings in each grade. 10 points for 1st down to 1 point for 10th. Only the club's highest point score in each grade will count.
Format will be 3 sequential legs of approximately equal lengths in a sprint format with a winning time of between 12 & 15 minutes per leg.
