• Usually four course options:   Courses 1 to 4 with lengths approx 6.5 to 8 km, 4.5 to 5.5 km, 3.0 to 4.0 km and 1.5 to 2.5 km respectively. Courses 3 & 4 are designed to be easier with course 4 being quite a lot easier. The organisers for each day will usually follow this pattern but they may vary from the above.
