Who will win the coveted Interclub Relays Challenge Trophy?
This year the relays will be contested using the IOF Sprint Relay format on a BRAND NEW MAP. This format is a mixed-gender high-speed head-to-head competition never before seen in Auckland (we think). There are four legs per team which must be run in the order, Female - Male - Male - Female.
Teams must be assembled as shown in the table, and according to the rules below:
