Whangarei Orienteering is pleased to announce their next rogaine on Sunday 22nd November on a brand new map at the beautiful Mimiwhangata Park. This event will be run with support from the Department Of Conservation who will be providing some spot prizes and an additional competition to the event.

Thanks to the sponsorship and support from DOC Whangarei this will be free to enter. This event is suitable for all ages and abilities no experience is necessary and instruction will be provided.

Pre-registration: required via this link: entries close Friday 20/11, 10pm.

Start time: Registration opens at 9.30am, maps handed out at 10.30am, mass start at 11am.

Course closure: 12.30pm - points deducted for coming back late!

In a rogaine, you get a fixed amount of time (in this case 90 minutes) to find as many controls as you can, making sure you are back at the finish on time.
