End of Year function & AGM for 2023. 

North West invites NWOC club members and their family to our annual End of Year Club Event & Prizegiving on Sunday 3 December 2023

The AGM will precede the End of Year event. Attendance is optional however we welcome all members and promise we will not coerce you into joining the Committee! 

Event Programme

• 2pm-2.30pm: North West Club Annual General Meeting (see details in email sent 09 Nov)
• 3pm: Rogaine Briefing & Maps Out
• 3.30pm: Rogaine Starts.  This will be a 1 hour rogaine with a mix of easy to moderate controls meaning there will be something for everyone. The map area has lots of new mountain bike tracks and offers some spectacular views. Bring your family members so they too can try orienteering. 
• 4.30pm: Rogaine Finish
• 4.30pm onwards Social Gathering including Dinner & Prize-Giving
