Auckland Inter-Club Sprint Relay

This year it is a relay 'with a twist': an empty parking garage with several floors and a maze might just slightly increase the stakes and the chance to make a mistake ;-)

Venue: Epsom Campus, Auckland - St. Andrews Road entrance.

Entry fee:  Entry fee is covered by North West for NWOC members. 

Registration: Open from 1pm. Briefing at 1.45, first start at 2pm

Format: 

Teams:

• Made up of three members, and must be mixed: 1 male, 2 females, or 1 female, 2 males
• Clubs will select their own teams. All entrants must be financial club members.

There will be four age grades:

• Young'uns (MW10 - MW12) - White and Yeloow course runners
• Junior (MW14 - MW18)
• Open (MW20 - MW40)
• Master (MW50+)

To qualify for the trophy, clubs must have a minimum one team in each category.

Points will be determined by placings in each grade. Only the club's highest point score in each grade will count.
